Mosaic Retirement Planning

The experience, knowledge and attention you need

The heart and the know-how to help you reach your retirement goals

We are a primarily fee-based advisory firm, and we’re not only obligated to act in your best interests, we wouldn’t have it any other way. We believe that trust is paramount, which we believe we need to earn. This results in greater client satisfaction and referrals.

We believe it is in your best interest to create a fiduciary relationship with your advisor first, so you can be sure that any advice you hear is objective & in your best interest.

We are independent, to reduce any potential conflicts of your best interest & to maximize your potential. With no sales quotas or sales managers telling us to promote products, we can simply focus on the needs of the client. It’s been said, “If you cast a wide net, you capture more fish!”. Independent advisors are not constrained or incentivized to offer proprietary investments and products, rather, fee based advisors are highly motivated to grow and protect your money as much as possible, therefore, with more options to choose from, this can help clients lower their costs, risks or capture more opportunities for the client.
